Hi. I'm an aspiring author, but I'm having a bit of trouble finding both literary agents and publishers who accept unsolicited manuscripts that accept books in my genre (I write horror and I live in Africa). Do international publishers and agents often accept foreign authors? I read that it's possible, but I'm still uncertain.

I don’t see why not. Agents will accept anyone, anywhere, any age, in any circumstance, if you wrote a good book. The book is what matters most. Everything else is just details. Good luck :)
